but the shipping agent issued two separate bill of lading against it for that reason customs hold documents and only this reason we have paid huge amount as port demerge and shipping demerge and customs misc. because documents you sent was not proper to release the goods.
Despite of lot of botheration for receiving goods we have received goods since you have assured us that you will negotiate with us about the above matter though still we found nothing.
After receiving the goods we have fallen another problem that is our customers returned the goods whose we have sold and claimed us due to the bad quality of the products. Only for that reason we made a laboratory test by Eastern Refinery Ltd, Bangladesh to see the condition of the goods. But we are really upset when the test report came. Please note that According to the laboratory test the quality of the goods are not up to the mark as per International standard. A copy of test is attached with the letter.
Now we are claiming you USD $ 6,000.00 for the above said reason.
We are requesting you to settle the above said matter as early as possible.
